Lauren earned a cum laude Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities from Wofford College (2010) and her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law (2017). While at Wofford College, Lauren served on the Judicial Commission and was honored with The Heart of the Terrier Award, an award given to a student who makes a positive and measurable difference in campus and excelled in scholarship, leadership, campus citizenship and service. At USC Law, she was a CALI Award winner, served as a Production Editor on the ABA Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Journal, and worked as a teaching assistant for a tax law professor.
Upon graduation, Lauren moved to Greenville and began working in real estate and estate planning at other established firms in the area. Lauren has served on the Young Professionals Board of the Greenville Humane Society. Currently, she serves on the Alumni Association Board of Wofford College, is a member of the Loyal Terrier Society, and a member of the Wofford College Greenville Regional Club.
Outside of the office, Lauren loves to spend quality time with her husband, Ben, and their son, Shepherd. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys taking her corgi, Archie, on walks, relaxing with a good book, and playing mahjong with friends. Lauren is a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church and participates in a Radiance Bible Study group.
