Jan Horton focuses her practice on residential and commercial real estate. A native of Waxhaw, North Carolina, Jan earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and went on to receive her J.D. from the University of South Carolina in 2000.
What Jan enjoys most about her work is getting to know her clients — learning their stories, understanding their goals, and being part of such an important chapter in their lives. Her practical approach, commitment to client service, and deep knowledge of the local market make her a trusted advisor at every stage of a real estate transaction.
Outside of the office, Jan enjoys spending time with her husband and their three kids. Weekends often find them cheering on the Clemson Tigers, relaxing by the lake, or making the most of South Carolina’s beautiful outdoors. She’s also an active member of Grace Church Downtown and loves being part of the Greenville community.
