Heather Grant is a client-focused professional with 14 years of experience in banking, specializing in mortgage and commercial lending. A graduate of North Greenville University with a degree in Marketing and Business Administration, she now pursues her passion as a paralegal, focusing on title work, document preparation, and client relationships. Heather is proud to be part of the Toates team and is committed to continued growth in her role.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys life with her husband, Josh, and their three Yorkies—Baxter, Bentley (“Bean”), and Jax. She is actively involved in her community and church and was named Miss Greenville in 2010. She has contributed to pageants and productions, including Miss South Carolina, and is a recipient of the Duke of Edinburgh Award and the Presidential Volunteer Service Award.
Heather has a passion for the arts and has performed in Annie, The Sound of Music, and Cinderella. She is dedicated to serving others through organizations like United Way and Operation Christmas Child and previously served as her church’s treasurer. She attends Tapestry Church in Greenville, where she sings on the praise team, and enjoys singing opera in her free time.
