Hutson Harmon is passionate about providing thorough legal representation. His
desire to attend to the details of each file coupled with his kind demeanor and
engaging nature make him an asset to the Toates Law Firm team. Hutson has a
knack for finding and curing title defects but also enjoys time at the closing table
with clients.
A native South Carolinian, Hutson was born and raised in Summerville, where
much of his family still resides. He received a bachelor’s degree in History from
Clemson University (2015) and his law degree from the Charleston School of Law
(2019). Prior to joining Toates Law Firm, Hutson worked for another Greenville
firm where he focused his practice on residential real estate.
Hutson lives in Greenville with his beautiful wife, Alexis, and their two dogs
(Molly and Zoey). When not at the office, he enjoys spending time with friends,
visiting family in the Lowcountry, and playing golf at Green Valley Country Club,
where he is a member.
